didn train today bcos im sick :(
i just have to get sick at this point in time )):
so i just sat by the court and see the rest train.
i never watch so closely at how they train before..
and i can really see them pushing themselves..
haa..then ms yau came over..
she was telling me about how at one point in time where i really have the bao fa li..
intercepting passes and go for fastbreaks..
somehow..i just forgot that i can do these things.
