i sprained my ankle today.. :(
...last time i sprained was like 11 yrs ago?
lol.....

i cut passed a defender...
according to ms tang..i was too happy that i stepped on my own foot when i landed...
lol...really meh?!
aha...how to trip on my own foot when i'm landing shoulder width apart?!

haha anw...i had to be carried out of the court...
walked to the toilet with shuwen after that...

ms yau:" shu wen, why are u walking like that...i mean i can understand if joyce walk like that..."

then ms tang came shortly after...
ms yau:"ms tang...you see they 2 like lao tai po (in chinese)"
